Meet Savannah

A teacher who saw a gap — and filled it.

Savannah Lennon spent years as a 1st grade teacher in Baton Rouge, watching how children learn best through intentional, open-ended play. Every day she saw the same truth in her classroom: kids thrive when the environment is calm, the materials are thoughtful, and the adults around them have room to breathe.

She noticed a gap. Baton Rouge had a few play spaces, but they sat on the outskirts of the city — along Airline Highway, out in Central, far from the families who lived and worked downtown. There was no clean, modern, intentional indoor play space in the heart of the city.

So she built one. Little Lennon is a space where children aged 0–6 can explore and grow — and where parents can exhale, sip something good, and build community with the other grown-ups raising little humans alongside them.

Her teaching background shapes everything inside: the weekly classes, the Montessori-leaning play environment, the intentional layout that gives babies their own safe corner and bigger kids room to climb. It's not a warehouse with bouncy castles. It's a classroom for the youngest learners, dressed up as a play cafe.

What We Stand For

Three things, always.

Play With Purpose

Every toy, climbing structure, and zone is chosen with intention. Open-ended materials. Montessori-leaning layout. Play that actually builds something.

Community First

Raising little kids is hard alone. Little Lennon is built to make it less alone — through classes, regulars, and a cafe designed for grown-ups to actually talk.

A Space to Breathe

Calm colors, clean surfaces, no overstimulation. The kind of place where you don't leave more tired than when you arrived.
